Why Choose

Country Wonders Preschool

Our preschool team is focused on children learning through play-based experiences. Positive learning dispositions are fostered through individual learning plans developed in partnership with families. You will see exciting provocations set everyday driven by child Inquiry that lead to project work. The exciting projects children engage in foster an inquiring mind, encouraging the emerging understanding and interest in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics)

Our Facilities

Our preschool tamariki enjoy a fabulous programme where they have all-day indoor-outdoor flow. They can enjoy quiet time, explore, create, and challenge themselves within one of our many creative spaces designed and set up around the emergent interests of the room. Outdoors there are so many rich learning opportunities, the natural environment allows for active exploration and our loose parts provided encourage imagination, curiosity, and the ability to design their own learning space.

Features & Benefits

We have a unique learning environment, including different farm animals and a wonderous forest, where our preschool children can develop concepts of caring for our environment and the creatures within it.

Our 4-year-old children have a great opportunity to visit Loburn school and participate in part of their programme, paving the way for smooth transitions into school.
