Why Choose

Country Wonders Nursery

Our nursery is a purpose-built, which caters for children from three months to 2.5 years of age. We are open from 8am till 5:45pm all year round. We have a separate sleep room in the nursery with back saving cots. Within our wonderful nursery we work with every child’s rhythm working in partnership with parents to weave parental aspirations through our play-based curriculum. We have qualified staff and a lovely natural safe environment for children to explore in.

Our Facilities

Our nursery programme at Country Wonders places a large emphasis on respect; respect for our tamariki, their bodies, their cues, their stages, and their emotions. We do not put our babies in positions they cannot get themselves out of, and we do not believe in ‘propping’ up our babies. We create spaces for our tamariki to actively explore, move, and grow in their own time and space.

Features & Benefits

We pride our selves on our natural and calm environment and strive to create a homely environment that nurtures our youngest tamariki calmly, respectfully, and with purpose. We have a lovely transition from nursery into the preschool, with our 2-year-olds having regular visits and play times with a nursery teacher to begin building relationships, and start finding a place in this bigger exciting environment.
